01Â I'm brutally honest
I’m less concerned if you like me, my only focus is to help you get results. If you want a coach to tell you what you want to hear, I’m not the coach for you.Â
02Â You're not coachableÂ
I can't save you nor can I do the work for you. If you’re an information junky, (Someone who confuses learning with doing) but refuses to actually implement what you learn, let’s not waste each other's time.
03Â You're interested, not committed
I love working with people who are all in on their goals. If this is just the next shiny object for you, don’t do it. It’s either a Hell yes, or Hell No, there’s nothing in between. That’s called commitment.
04Â You don't accept that real estate is a sales business
Selling is a skill and therefore, it requires you to stretch your comfort zone, practice and role play, record and review your calls, and YES prospect, a lot. If you can’t accept that you’re in sales, I can’t help you.
05Â You don't want real accountability
Most agents say they want and even need more accountability but when they actually get, they run and hide. Accountability is not me checking in on you and holding your hand everyday to make sure you’re doing what you’re supposed to, no that’s babysitting and I don’t do babysitting. Accountability is you doing what you said you’d do and me having the visibility to see if you actually did it.
06Â Â It's not cheap to work with me
Investing into coaching and your personal development is supposed to hurt. We value what we pay for and we pay no attention to what we get for free. If real results and transformation are not important to you and it’s cheap that you’re after, you’re in the wrong place.
07Â I don't coach "victims"
If it’s never your fault and you’re the type of person who always has an excuse, I’m not the coach for you. I’m only looking to serve those willing to take personal responsibility.
